Voting is now underway to select the next “ambassadog” for Minnesota Energy Resources’ safe digging campaign. The winner will help promote an important safety message: Doggone it! Call 811 at least two days before you dig.
Minnesota Energy Resources customers from across the state submitted pictures of their adorable canines. The playful pups were picked, and it’s now down to six top dogs.
Choose from:
Maverick — A 4-and-a-half-year-old pup from Grand Rapids who loves digging and hunting.
Pepsi — An 11-month-old Aussiedoodle from Albert Lea also known as “the Excavator” who loves to play chase and go to the dog park.
Snoopy — A 14-year-old rescue dog from Rochester who keeps their humans busy.
Stella — A 1-year-old pup from Jackson who likes to bark at everything in the backyard.
Takoda — A 6-year-old pup from Blooming Prairie who loves to be outside in all the elements and excels at catching Frisbees.
Winnie — A 5-year-old goldendoodle from Grand Rapids who enjoys boat rides and belly rubs.
Now, you have the paw-some responsibility of voting for the ulti-mutt winner. Cast your vote at minnesotaenergyresources.com.
You can vote as many times as you’d like between now and 11:59 p.m. Monday, April 22.
The next “ambassadog” will be revealed before the end of April, National Safe Digging Month. The winner will be featured in Minnesota Energy Resources’ safe digging awareness campaign on social media all year long.
